This is a process where the employer creates a scope of what they would like to have assessed to address issues in the workplace.
Ie. What the issues are, Who is involved, Assess what systemic issues may be, Review policies and procedures, Discover any bullying/harassment/discrimination issues that may be underlining/involved. An in depth conversation with the employer around creating this scope will happen to identify what the assessment will include. After these discussions, a list of questions is compiled and team members are interviewed. A report is generated outlining what team members have indicated as issues and a plan is discussed to address these issues.
